Harry Potter, Lord Voldemort Rivalry

Lord Voldemort led a "Dark Arts" campaign in which he was personally responsible for the murder of hundreds of muggles and wizards.  His killing assistants were called "Death Eaters" and his official symbol is the "Death Mark".  Lord Voldemort killed Harry Potter's parents when he was about one year old and attempted to kill Harry.   But mysteriously his attack on Harry was repelled, leaving Harry with a lightning-bolt scar on his forehead, and Lord Voldemort lost nearly all of his power.  He has been hiding the rest of Harry's life, slowly rebuilding his powers to someday return and finally destroy Harry.
